Hi,

We will use bitflux editor to permit our journalists to create NITF
documents : http://www.nitf.org/

I see on bitflux blog that a version 2 of bxe is planned and that it isn't
compatible with bxe 1.
When bxe 2 will be released ? Have you any idea for the date ?

I download the Subversion 1_0 Branch Snapshot on :
http://www.bitfluxeditor.org/download/

I work with it, but it's possible to work with Subversion Trunk Snapshot ?
It's stable ? not too buggy ?

Thanks very much for your responses.

I wouldn't call it stable, but it's usable. Or in other words, people
are already using it. You can get it from (with subversion):

https://svn.bitflux.ch/repos/bxe/branches/bxe_2_0/

If you have any questions, just ask. There's also some information in
the wiki at http://wiki.bitfluxeditor.org/BXE_2.0

and thanks for the hint with the news, I'll fix it soon. In the
meantime, the same news are also availble at:

Any ideas on when it's going to be considered stable?
That is, when it's going to replace version 1 in Flux CMS for example.

I hope, we can release BXE 2.0.0 this autumn

When we need it :) BXE 1.1 does currently almost everything what we need
within Flux CMS. But some day it will be certainly useful in Flux CMS as
well. This may be sooner than later, but switching to BXE 2.0 shouldn't
be a big task for us anyway.

Needs some adjustements here and there, but as I said, no big deal.
Hopefully :)
