BXE and Mozilla 1.7 do not work

Hi

Mozilla 1.7 and Firefox 0.9/0.9.1 have a broken XMLSerializer
implementation (if you're using the XHTML Namespace somewhere). We
therefore issue now warnings, that BXE does not work with those browsers
on load and on save. The nightly builds have this bug fixed, so we can
expect to have working releases soon again.
