add config option to choose background color and file image for buttons

Hi,

The kupu buttons are ugly :)

It's possible that in config.xml you add options to choose the background
color and file image for kupu buttons ?
I plan to create two buttons.png with nuvola icons and crystalsvg icons (it's
two theme icons in kde).

Add
<location src="fooobar.png"/>

to <buttons> and this should load a different img. For the
backgroundcolor, you have to change css/editor.css (or provide a patch,
so that you can define it in config.xml as well :) )
