picture it is much clearer now.
from what i've read so far i could try to instatiate
nsEditorShell via JS and see what happens. i only briefly
read bitflux sources (there're tons of JS code to review :)
but maybe you have done the same.
have u used any built-in XPCOM objects to manage source editing? if
midas is too restricted for bitflux purposes maybe a lower level
approach would fit everyone needs.
i have to try this.
